The mission of the Taylortown
Police Department shall be to maintain a high quality of life for the residents of Taylortown, North Carolina by providing
a competent and professional Law Enforcement Service, while working in partnership with the citizens of our community to develop
policing services to meet the unique needs of the community, while assuring fairness, equal treatment, and protection to all.

to the Taylortown Police Department's Web Site. The police department is an integral partner in city government. To accomplish
our mission, we work closely with the other components of the city government and the citizens we serve. The department is
proud of the progressive, professional, and humanistic character of our agency. Our employees are carefully selected and well
trained. We employ the latest in technology in all of our operations and are always searching for new and improved ways to
provide service to the community.
As a community partner, we pride ourselves on the many cooperative programs that exist
between the department, our citizens. I encourage you to learn more about the department. The Taylortown Police Department
